SOUS CHEF REQUIRED HIGH QUALITY RESTAURANT, SOUTHEND AREA
SALARY: UP TO £28,000 + TIPS

Ramsden Recruitment are delighted to be recruiting in partnership with this exceptional restaurant in the Southend area.

Ideally you will have worked up to at least Junior Sous Chef previously, within a fine dining kitchen in a medium-sized team.

As such, you will have lots of ideas, lots of talent and a tone of dedication as well as being approachable - Well able to train and develop newer Chefs and ideally with a solid understanding of the paperwork side of things.
