Head Chef - Prestigious Private Clubs – Great Package!

This is regarded as one of the premier private clubs in London, they have reinvested in the business over the years and are now searching for an experienced Head Chef to develop the kitchen team and aim to consistently produce quality food for all golf club members and functions including weddings and private catering.

Responsible for:
Taking charge of the kitchen and leading the team.
Working with management to deliver consistency.
Cooking 100% from fresh using local and seasonal produce.
Producing food for the club house, busy functions and the restaurant.
Helping to create menus for functions such as weddings, & conferences.
Ordering, stock taking and menu costing.
Managing Health and Safety and Health and Hygiene.
