We are looking for a hands on Executive Head Chef to join the senior management team in this independent Restaurant. You will be fully accountable for the on-going training and development of your kitchen team and have free reign over menus with the use of local supplier.
- Must have Rosette background of maintaining Rosettes.
- Track record of team management and people development.
- You will need to have a good understanding of the corporate and leisure market
- Track record of implementing Health and Safety procedures
- Hands-on manager
- Proven ability to write menus whilst keeping to market trends
