Our client has an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager, for their restaurant near Billiercay.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, ambitious Assistant Restaurant Manager who has good knowledge of quality fresh food, bar experience, and excellent customer service skills, with the natural ability to motivate and coach a team to meet the standards expected.

 

  • Current experience in the hospitality industry at least two years as Assistant Restaurant Manager
  • Strong background and an understanding of the hospitality industry and competitors
  • Excellent organisational skills are required for this demanding role
  • Provide coaching and feedback to managers and staff and assess performance on and ongoing basis
  • Manage the restaurant to meet or exceed standards in food quality, safety, and cleanliness

 

40 hours a week, 5 out of 7, mostly straight shifts although there will sometimes be the occasional split shift.
